Blue-jean-balll-fundraiser

Don your denim & dust off your boots! Join us at the 14th Annual Scholarship Fundraiser on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017. Tickets are only $40 per person, and we are packing a lot of FUN into our Fundraiser this year!

The Blue Jean Ball.

This year our event is a casual western themed evening under the stars at the Bays Family Ranch. You’ll enjoy good food, a night out with your friends, and our new opportunities for you to support our Scholarship Fund will entertain you like never before!

Our Wine Toss will bring out that competitive spirit and allow you to show off some skills! Toss a ring and winners will take home the bottle of wine they’ve ringed! Which one of your friends will take home the most bottles??

Limited release and premium bottles of wine and spirits will be found over at the Cork Pull. Pick a cork & get the bottle! A winner every time!

Not into wine?  Wander through our raffle displays and Live Auction previews, enjoy delicious samplings from Apricot Wood, and visit with friends as you enjoy the location and music.

We will have a great assortment of Mystery Boxes from local groups and businesses to raffle off. These are boxes of prizes that you’ll just have to take a chance on! But with a minimum value of $100 in goods, services, and prizes in each box, you can’t go wrong with a sheet of raffle tickets! Or… four!

Purchase one of our Grab Bags for a chance at gift cards and certificates for goods and services around town, with values up to $50 a bag! A treat in every bag, and a chance at even sweeter prizes!

We will hold our traditional Live Auction, but with a fun twist!! This year there is a special opportunity for one person to win THEIR CHOICE of any of the Live Auction items! First Pick!! Purchase one of our limited quantity Golden Tickets for $100, and the winner will have first pick of any of the Live Auction items! Values on these auction items range from $250 to $5000, so just imagine walking away with one for only $100!!

Be sure to grab your auction flyer with all the descriptions of the fabulous prizes, and don’t wait to get your Golden Ticket!!

Tickets for the Blue Jean Ball are only $40 per person. You can purchase tickets from our local service groups, or online at the link below. Online ticket purchases will be picked up at the Check In table on the evening of the event.
